Vietnamese Hair Extensions Wholesale
Develop an extension brief that confirms the hair material and origin separately from the base, bond or weft system. Review actual samples for the requested salon application before wholesale approval.

Confirm the Extension System First
Origin is a material requirement; attachment is a separate construction requirement. Identify the salon system and installation method before reviewing Vietnamese-hair sourcing. Tape-in, keratin, I-tip/U-tip or weft options must be confirmed for the specific product and material. Existing general extension capability does not prove Vietnamese origin for every catalog SKU.
System-Specific Procurement Matrix
| Requested route | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Tape-in | Base width, adhesive specification, attachment finish and agreed reuse/handling tests |
| Keratin / I-tip / U-tip | Bond material/specification, tip shape, strand weight/count and application compatibility |
| Weft systems | Construction, seam/edge dimensions, fold, attachment route and usable width |
| All formats | Actual hair origin, processing history, shade, length, pack weight/count and packing |
These are quotation routes, not claims that every listed Vietnamese configuration is stocked or approved.
Hair Origin & Shade Matching
Apply origin documentation to the hair used in each system. Approve a physical shade reference and record color processing, length distribution and texture. Comparing pack photographs alone can hide differences in net weight and strand count. Confirm the material specification before attachment development.
Base, Bond & Weft Quality Checks
Agree inspection of the attachment area, finish, strength/handling protocol and consistency. Test compatibility with the intended application and care routine. Do not publish adhesive lifespan, bond performance or shedding rates without evidence for the actual system.

Sample-to-Bulk Approval
Approve both hair and attachment construction, then record shade, pack weight, strand count, lengths, labeling and tolerances. Compare bulk packs with the retained reference and obtain approval before any material, adhesive or bond change. Follow QC and sample approval workflows.
Private Label & Wholesale Assortment
Coordinate the selected system, shade assortment and packaging with the buyer’s salon or retail channel. Final prices, quantities, lead times and product-origin descriptions should reflect the actual quote and approved samples.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does every Vayora extension use Vietnamese hair?
No such universal claim is made. The hair origin must be confirmed for each requested system and the actual material supplied.
What should my extension RFQ include?
State attachment system, origin/material requirement, processing history, length, shade, pack weight, strand count, target application, quantity and packaging.
Can a bundle sample approve the finished extension?
No. It can help assess material, but the final base, bond, seam or attachment construction must also be sampled and approved.
How do I keep repeat orders consistent?
Retain an approved reference sample and specification, agree tolerances, document incoming and pre-shipment checks and obtain approval for any change of material or construction.
