Construction-led wholesale sourcing

Wholesale V Part Human Hair Wigs for Private Label Collections

Plan a V-part wig collection around the opening and attachment construction before selecting lengths and colors. Brands, salons and distributors can send VAYORA a benchmark, target market and SKU brief for specification review and sample discussion.

The requested opening, leave-out direction and fastening combination are reviewed by project. Exact construction feasibility and bulk terms are confirmed through quotation and the approved sample.

Specify the V Opening, Not Just the Hairstyle

A V-part brief defines the narrow V-shaped opening, its position on the cap and how the buyer expects the natural hair to blend. A reduced-leave-out or no-leave-out request needs inspection on the actual sample; the product name alone does not establish the result.

Choose a Texture and SKU Assortment

Include straight, yaki, kinky straight, body wave, water wave or curly as requested texture directions. Review the selected texture with the intended opening and blending requirement before expanding the range. Confirm which directions are feasible for the actual project.

Keep nominal length, measurement condition, finished weight and end fullness separate. A density percentage does not automatically define finished weight. Assign each construction–texture–length–shade combination a SKU and quantity so packing follows the approved assortment.

Sample Development Before Bulk Approval

  1. Benchmark review: send top, inside-cap and attachment views with the intended opening and market.
  2. Specification review: record geometry, components, fit, hair finish and packaging; clarify missing details.
  3. Sample and revision: evaluate the opening, clips, stitching, blending and finished hair together. Record any requested changes.
  4. Golden reference: approve the sample and dated SKU specification before confirming bulk production.

QC and Repeat-Order Consistency

Agree checks for opening dimensions, edge workmanship, clip/comb placement, attachment security, cap fit, length, finished weight, texture, shade and packing. Inspection quantities, tolerances and test conditions are agreed for the order; no universal acceptance limit is implied.

Retain the approved cap layout, component specification, physical hair reference and packaging version. Review a changed clip, elastic, opening or hair process before releasing a repeat order. See the specification-to-bulk QC process.

Private Label and Packaging

Coordinate brand labels, bags or boxes, inserts and SKU identification after the construction is selected. Care and application instructions should match the approved fastening and leave-out direction. Product and packaging MOQ depend on the project and order structure.

Buyer Questions

How does a V-part project differ from a U-part project?

The opening geometry and blending brief differ. Compare the actual openings and component layouts rather than assuming that the names guarantee a particular fit.

Can a V-part wig be specified without leave-out?

Submit that requirement for review. Evaluate coverage, attachment position and the intended application on a sample before approving any no-leave-out claim.

Can I request a custom fastening layout?

Provide the clip, comb, elastic or drawstring direction. Feasibility and any revision needs are confirmed for the cap under development.

What do I need for a first-order quotation?

Send a benchmark, market, opening and fit requirements, texture, lengths, colors, quantity per SKU, packaging and delivery country. Not Sure is acceptable for details requiring clarification.
