Buyer Evidence Guide

Acceptance Criteria Should Be Defined Before Shipment

If buyer and supplier wait until final inspection to decide what is acceptable, both sides are forced into subjective negotiation.

Measurable Criteria

Length, weight/density range, color reference, lace, cap construction, hairline/parting, texture and packaging/SKU accuracy.

Performance Criteria

Where relevant, project-specific agreements can include shedding, tangling, post-wash behavior or attachment stability, subject to final specification and sampling.

Use Approved Samples for Subjective Features

Hairline naturalness, texture and styling are often easier to control with an approved physical reference.

Link Criteria to Defect Classification

Connect acceptance and deviation decisions to the current SKU and shipment-released record. Use the Repeat Order & Specification Control Hub to retain approved exceptions and control the next order.

Acceptance criteria become stronger when deviations connect to critical, major and minor defect definitions.
