VAYORA production scope

Human Hair Product Production Capability

Review the product categories, construction routes and approval controls VAYORA can coordinate for wholesale and private-label projects—without treating every option as automatically available for every order.

Final feasibility, minimum quantities and timing are confirmed only after the selected product, construction, color, quantity and packaging brief have been reviewed.

What VAYORA can develop

Three Product Systems, One Specification-Led Workflow

Production capability means matching a buyer’s approved specification with the correct construction, sample reference, quality checks and packing instructions. It does not replace project review.

Specification control

Define the Sellable Product Before Bulk Production

Construction names alone are not complete specifications. Each SKU should connect the physical product with its approved construction, measurements, shade or color reference, texture, weight or density, quantity, label and packaging version.

For wigs, buyers may need to define cap, lace area, lace color, hairline, parting, length, density or finished weight, color and texture. For extensions, the required record depends on the system: piece weight, strand count, track construction, clip count, attachment type or pack weight.

Product referenceVerified planning point
I-tip / U-tip / Flat-tip1 g per strand and 100 strands per pack are established reference specifications; 0.8 g or 0.5 g options can be reviewed by project.
Machine Weft100 g per pack is a common confirmed format; an unfolded width of approximately 1.5–1.8 m is used for the referenced construction.
Hand-tied WeftThe referenced 100 g format is commonly arranged as six sections, approximately 30 cm per section. Confirm the exact sample before ordering.
Genius Weft100 g per pack is an established reference format; construction and length are confirmed against the selected sample.
Tape-in / Clip-in / Halo / PonytailWeight, piece or clip count, attachment and pack configuration are confirmed for the selected product rather than assumed across all styles.

Buyer approval path

Connect Capability to an Approved Production Reference

A product direction becomes production-ready only when the buyer brief, sample decisions and written order agree.

Options Are Confirmed by Product, Not Promised as a Universal Menu

Color, texture, length, cap or lace direction, density or weight, attachment construction, branding and packaging can be reviewed where the selected product and project requirements support them. Availability can vary by hair series, construction, quantity and sample result.

What to send for review

  • Business type, target market and product category
  • Reference images or an existing physical sample where available
  • Construction, length, color, texture and target quantity by style
  • Private-label, packaging and delivery-country requirements

Production capability FAQ

Questions Before You Prepare an RFQ

Does this page mean every option is always available?

No. It shows the confirmed product systems VAYORA can review. The final combination of hair, construction, color, length, quantity and packaging must be checked for the individual project.

Can one project include both wigs and hair extensions?

Yes, a mixed product program can be reviewed. Each category still needs its own specifications, samples, SKU allocation and product-to-pack records.

How are custom options approved?

Custom directions should be documented in the buyer brief, checked for feasibility and confirmed through a physical sample or suitable reference before bulk production.

Are MOQ and lead time fixed across these categories?

No. Minimum quantities and timing depend on the selected product, construction, customization, packaging and order scope. They are confirmed after the project brief is reviewed.
