Wholesale U Part Human Hair Wigs for Brands & Salons
Develop a U-part sourcing brief around the U-shaped opening, natural-hair leave-out and secure cap placement. VAYORA reviews project specifications for brands, salons and wholesale buyers planning a labeled collection.
Send a benchmark with top and inside-cap views. Opening dimensions, component combinations and material requirements are confirmed by project and approved sample.

U-part construction uses an open area intended to blend with the wearer’s own hair. For procurement, define width, depth and placement instead of approving only a hairstyle photo. The opening, cap size and clip positions should be reviewed together.
| Specification | Buyer decision | Approval / control |
|---|---|---|
| Opening width and depth | Record the U-shaped opening and parting position | Measured top view and opening-edge sample |
| Leave-out requirement | Identify the intended blending area and target customer | Application review on the selected construction |
| Cap and fastening | Cap measurements, clips, combs and elastic layout | Inside-cap photo, component list and stitch review |
| Texture and length | Requested straight, textured, wave or curly finish | Approved hair reference; measured condition recorded |
| Fullness and color | Finished weight, distribution, end fullness and shade | Sample plus SKU specification; no density-to-weight assumption |
| Hair material | Requested processing and cuticle direction | Supporting specification rather than unverified grade wording |
U-Part or V-Part for Your Collection?
U-Part Direction
Start with the U-shaped open area and deliberate leave-out blending brief. Approve the hair texture against the intended natural-hair appearance.
V-Part Direction
Review the narrower V-shaped opening and any reduced-leave-out request separately. A different opening is a different construction specification.
Review V-part project planning →Build SKUs Around the Blending Reference
Choose a texture benchmark before extending the range to multiple lengths and shades. Approve the finish in its stated condition, identify any styling used, and confirm feasibility for the requested hair direction. Record each texture, length, shade, cap and finished-weight combination separately.
A focused first order makes it easier to evaluate fit and blending. Send quantities per variant rather than only the total order quantity.

Sample Development and Approval
- Review the benchmark, opening geometry and intended leave-out application.
- Confirm cap measurements, clip/comb layout, texture, length, shade and finished-weight requirements.
- Evaluate a development sample for fit, opening-edge finish, attachment placement and hair blending; document revisions.
- Approve a dated sample and SKU sheet before the bulk specification is released.
Bulk QC and Repeat-Order Control
Check U-opening geometry, edge stitching, attachment security and position, cap measurements and fit. Compare hair length, weight, fullness, texture and shade with the approved reference. Check labels and variant counts before packing.
Retain the cap pattern reference, component layout, hair benchmark and packaging version. Any opening, clip, elastic, texture or shade revision needs review before a reorder proceeds.
Inspection quantities, tolerances and test conditions are agreed in the order specification. See how specification and sample approval guide QC.
Private Label and Packaging
Plan labels, branded bags or boxes, SKU codes and application inserts around the approved U-part construction. Leave-out instructions should match the actual opening and fastening layout rather than a generic glueless instruction.
Review packaging development and sample and quantity planning. Product and packaging MOQ, pricing and estimated lead time are confirmed for the project.
Procurement Questions
Is a U-part wig the same as a finished lace-front wig?
No. The U-part brief centers on an open blending area and attachment layout. A finished lace-front wig has a separate lace and hairline specification.
Can I use the same texture reference for U-part and V-part ranges?
A shared target can guide development, but approve each cap construction and its finished appearance separately.
Can the U opening be customized?
Provide dimensions and position for review. Feasibility, sampling and the final opening are confirmed for the project.
What information is needed for a quote?
Include opening reference, leave-out direction, fit, fastening, textures, lengths, colors, quantities per SKU, packaging and delivery market. Technical details can be clarified if you are not sure.
