Wire and fit
Provide a physical reference or photographs of the desired wire, connection and adjustment method. Confirm comfort and retention on the approved sample.
A halo brief starts with the actual wire, weft and hair sample. VAYORA can review a removable halo direction with your reference and define the build before committing to a finished specification or production terms.
Construction, availability, MOQ and timing require project confirmation.

The source database records fishline, wire and elastic extension processes, plus a fishline weft process. It does not define a universal ready-made halo set. A buyer brief therefore needs to distinguish the supporting wire or line from the weft base and describe how the proposed finished item is worn and secured. This prevents an unrelated strand or weft specification from being presented as a halo pack.
Provide a physical reference or photographs of the desired wire, connection and adjustment method. Confirm comfort and retention on the approved sample.
Agree the track construction, width, hair length, net hair weight, shade and texture as one SKU; inspect the junctions and distribution of hair along the base.
Record the exact contents, care and fitting information, label copy and packaging after construction approval. The illustration does not define pack contents.
| Source basis | Fishline / wire / elastic extension and fishline weft processes are documented. The finished halo configuration must be sampled and agreed separately. |
|---|---|
| Hair material | Source family is a braid-hair / weft system. Select and approve the particular hair reference rather than assuming a named grade or origin. |
| Length, weight and count | No universal halo length, finished weight or pack count is documented. Specify requested targets and verify measurements on a sample. |
| Color and texture | Can be submitted as a custom brief; shade and curl feasibility are checked against the chosen hair and attachment system. |
| Wire and base | Wire material, adjustability, junction, weft width and any extra retention points require an approved construction sample. |
| MOQ, lead time and packaging | No fixed halo value or standard pack is established in the source database. These are quoted only after feasibility, sample and SKU matrix review. |
Start with a benchmark and a short brief: desired attachment, hair length, shade references, texture, target finished weight and intended packaging. The sample review should record wire fit, secure junctions, track integrity, hair distribution, shade, length and weight. For bulk, compare each SKU against the approved construction and written acceptance criteria. Discuss the extension QC checklist before the order and retain a reference for repeat production.
Evaluate wire and track configuration, hair selection, shade and texture, finished weight, label and packaging as separate approvals. A requested option is not an unconditional manufacturing promise.
Sampling path, minimum quantity and production estimate follow the actual components, shade assortment and pack plan. See Samples & MOQ for the process.
Check fitting hardware, track ends, hair distribution, length and weight method, shade reference, shedding at the base and exact labels before release.
No universal finished halo weight or pack count is documented in the current source. We set those fields from the approved reference and your target SKU.
No. The source includes fishline and wire processes, while the finished halo arrangement, junctions and fit need their own construction review.
Submit shade references and the intended hair/attachment combination. Feasibility, sample appearance, labels and pack artwork are approved before bulk terms are agreed.
After the construction, sample, shade matrix, quantities and packaging are defined in the project quotation.
Send clear front, reverse and attachment photographs of your benchmark with the requested lengths, shades, estimated volumes and destination. We will identify the sample questions and confirm whether the proposed build is feasible.
