The existing VAYORA range lists transparent lace closure directions in 2×6, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6 and 7×7. These are coverage references within this page, not separate commercial URLs. Confirm the selected size, measurement basis and current availability during quotation.
| Specification | Buyer decision | Approval / control |
|---|---|---|
| Closure size | 2×6 / 4×4 / 5×5 / 6×6 / 7×7 listed directions; 7×5 requests require separate feasibility review and are not implied by 7×7 | Measure the chosen lace piece and confirm coverage |
| Lace appearance | Transparent reference; other material requests reviewed | Physical lace reference and appearance under agreed lighting |
| Length | Existing component range lists 8–20 inches | Availability and measurement condition by project |
| Parting and fullness | Free-part, center-part or side-part request; actual usable area and ventilation direction | Top-view and finished sample approval |
| Knots and hairline | Specify pre-bleached knot appearance, pre-plucked front transition or optional baby hair as separate finish requests. Approve feasibility and physical sample; “smaller-looking” is not a zero-visibility guarantee | Compare close-up knot appearance and hair security, front graduation and baby-hair length/placement under agreed conditions before approval |
| Texture and color | Straight or requested custom finish, natural/custom shades | Approve beside matching bundles |
| Weight | Depends on construction and length | Separate confirmed component specification |
Closure Component or Finished Closure Wig?
Separate Lace Closure
A lace hairpiece for combination with bundles or a separate wig-making program. Confirm the piece itself and its intended assembly requirements.
Finished Closure Wig
A complete wig additionally requires cap construction, fit, fastening and finished-product specification.

Choose the bundle assortment, then compare texture and shade in the same preparation and lighting conditions. Keep root, mid-length and end appearance with the reference when the project includes a multi-tone shade.
Hair-material direction must be supported by the approved specification. Do not infer origin or grade from a texture name or a lace label. Record the closure’s length and fullness separately from the bundle weight. Retain a set-reference ID connecting closure and bundle texture/color masters; compare both in the same preparation condition.

Sample Development and Approval
- Send the closure size, intended use, parting and hairline references plus matching-bundle requirements.
- Confirm lace appearance, length, hair distribution, texture, shade and finishing specification.
- Inspect the sample’s coverage, knots, lace edge, workmanship and bundle match; document revisions.
- Approve the closure and coordinated hair references before bulk confirmation.
Bulk QC and Repeat-Order Control
Review lace dimensions and integrity, ventilation workmanship, knots, hairline, parting, length, texture, shade and finished appearance. Compare the closure with its bundle master and check SKU identification and quantities during packing.
Retain the closure size, lace reference, ventilation/finishing specification, shade master and matching-bundle codes. Review changes to lace, base hair, color or finishing before replenishment production.
Inspection quantities, tolerances and test conditions are agreed in the order specification. See how specification and sample approval guide QC.
Private Label and Packaging
Specify protective component packing, bags or boxes, labels, barcodes and inserts. Identify lace size, length, texture and shade; keep closure units separate from bundle counts even when supplied as a coordinated set.
Review packaging development and sample and quantity planning. Product and packaging MOQ, pricing and estimated lead time are confirmed for the project.
Procurement Questions
Are the listed closure sizes individual stock promises?
They are published product directions. Confirm availability, sampling and the final specification for the chosen size and order.
Is a 5×5 closure the same as a 5×5 closure wig?
No. The closure is the separate lace component; the finished wig also includes a cap and the remaining construction.
Can a closure match my bundle collection?
Send both references and approve the actual shade and texture side by side. Match is confirmed on the project samples.
Can knots or the hairline be customized?
Provide the target appearance for review. Confirm feasibility and sample finishing before approving claims or bulk requirements.
When buying a complete sales set, use the bundles with matching closure specification to coordinate hair quality, texture, color, bundle lengths and packing. This component page remains the reference for the separate lace closure.
