When to use: Before contacting a manufacturer or comparing quotations.
How to use this tool
Start with the fields you know. Use “Not Sure / Please Recommend” for undecided technical details, and identify which requirements are fixed or open to recommendations.
- Download the blank Excel file and record your project inputs.
- Review uncertain fields with the supplier and identify physical references or evidence.
- Prepare a versioned specification, then attach the completed tool where the inquiry form supports it or paste the key rows into your RFQ.
Separate must-have requirements from optional directions. Ask suppliers to identify quotation assumptions, sample charges if applicable, packaging treatment and exclusions so the replies describe the same project. Reference images should state what matters: construction, color, texture, hairline or packaging.
Wholesale Wig RFQ and Specification Template
A useful RFQ makes offers comparable. Instead of asking only for the best price, record the same construction, reference and commercial assumptions for each supplier.

Compare like-for-like supplier responses
Request the same currency, trade term, cap measurements, packaging inclusion and SKU split. Flag assumptions and exclusions. A lower unit price is not equivalent unless material, scope and delivery basis match.

Why specify Incoterms?
They define transport responsibilities and which costs are included in the quotation.
Can a supplier quote without reference samples?
An indicative estimate may be possible; a confirmed quotation requires sufficient and feasible specifications.
