Track and clips
Approve each track width, number of pieces, clip placement and clip fastening. Count clips per piece and per complete set in the SKU sheet.
Build a removable extension line around the actual weft, clip layout and approved hair sample. VAYORA reviews construction, shade and packaging together so your quoted set reflects the product your customer will receive.
Business enquiries only · quantities and timing confirmed against the final brief.

The source specification identifies clip-in production from a weft or braid-hair base. Length follows the selected weft. Clip quantity depends on the style, and curl or texture may be developed to the approved reference. The source also records staggered-row and lace-backed construction options as separate processes; neither is included in every clip-in set.
Approve each track width, number of pieces, clip placement and clip fastening. Count clips per piece and per complete set in the SKU sheet.
Match the selected weft hair, length, end fullness, texture and shade to a physical sample. Record any curl processing or color variation explicitly.
Confirm the net hair weight, exact contents, labels and private label packaging for each SKU before artwork and bulk packing.
| Hair base | Weft / braid-hair system in the source records; approve hair quality and construction on the selected sample. |
|---|---|
| Length | Follows the selected weft length. Quote the requested lengths; no universal length range is assigned to all clip-in sets. |
| Weight and piece count | Not fixed in the source database. Define net hair weight, number of pieces, track widths and clips per piece in the approved SKU specification. |
| Color and texture | Customizable against agreed references; curl or texture processing is reviewed separately. No universal shade or texture list is promised for this format. |
| Construction options | Staggered rows and lace-backed versions appear as distinct source processes. Feasibility and sample details are confirmed for the chosen style. |
| MOQ, lead time, packing | No format-wide fixed figure is documented. We quote by hair, set construction, shade matrix, quantities and packaging after reviewing your brief. |
Send the target set layout, clip type, shade swatch, texture, length, net weight and artwork. We review the combination as one product, then document the approved physical reference and SKU. If a collection includes tape-in or weft extensions, match shade names and measurement rules without assuming the formats share the same pack weight.
Check clip operation and attachment, track stitching, weight, length, shade and hair feel. Photograph the front and reverse of every piece in the approved set.
Compare production against the approved set: piece and clip count, secure stitching, measurements, color consistency, shedding behavior and packing identity. Agree tolerances in writing.
MOQ and lead time depend on the final SKU mix, requested materials and packaging. Use the Samples & MOQ process to define the pilot and bulk route.
There is no universal set count in the source database. Specify the target track widths and clip placement; we confirm the piece and clip count on the approved sample.
The source supports color customization and a curl or texture process. Submit a physical shade or product reference so feasibility and the final construction can be confirmed for each SKU.
No fixed clip-in MOQ or lead time is documented. Both are confirmed in the quotation after the construction, shades, quantities and packaging are defined.
Include your market, set reference, hair length, target weight, track and clip layout, shades, texture, packaging, estimated quantities and delivery country.
Share your set reference or photographs and target SKU matrix. We will review construction and return the missing specification questions before quoting.
