Wholesale Human Hair Lace Frontals
Plan separate human hair lace frontal components for wig making, salon supply and private label bundle programs. Review lace coverage, hairline, knots, parting and ventilation with the length, texture and shade of the matching hair assortment.
A lace frontal component is not a finished lace-front wig. Complete wigs continue to be sourced through the existing Lace Front Wigs commercial page; this page owns the separate component brief.

The existing VAYORA lace-piece range lists 13×4 and 13×6 frontal directions. Confirm the intended width, depth and usable parting area on the selected piece. Coverage sizes remain specifications within this commercial page.
| Specification | Buyer decision | Approval / control |
|---|---|---|
| Frontal coverage | 13×4 or 13×6 listed directions | Measured lace sample and intended assembly reference |
| Lace material and appearance | Transparent direction; other requests reviewed by project | Physical lace sample and lighting conditions |
| Hairline and knots | Pre-plucked hairline, pre-bleached knot appearance and optional baby hair: specify each requested finish separately, subject to sample feasibility | Close-up approval under recorded lighting/background; inspect knots, hair security and lace integrity. No absolute invisible-knot or durability promise |
| Parting and ventilation | Free part, center part or side part; actual ventilated area, direction and fullness distribution | Inspect actual ventilated area and workmanship |
| Length and finished weight | Existing component lengths list 8–20 inches; weight varies | Availability and selected specification confirmed in quotation |
| Texture and shade | Straight or requested custom finish; matching bundles | Side-by-side reference approval |
| Hair material | Requested processing and cuticle requirements | Confirm evidence; no origin inferred from the product name |
Separate Frontal or Finished Lace-Front Wig?
Choose the component if the program requires a separate lace piece for assembly or coordination with bundles. Choose a finished wig when you also need the cap, remaining hair construction, fit and fastening specified as a complete unit.

Coordinate the Frontal With the Bundle Range
Approve the frontal and bundle program together in the same preparation condition. Check texture direction, shade, front appearance and the intended length relationship. For rooted or other multi-tone requests, record root depth and transitions on the physical reference.
Keep separate SKU fields for frontal coverage, length, texture and shade. Do not equate component fullness or weight with bundle weight. Confirm how the frontal is identified when bundled into a coordinated sales set. Link the frontal and bundle master IDs to one set code; compare their prepared texture and root/body/end shade zones together.

Sample Development and Approval
- Submit the frontal coverage, intended assembly, hairline and parting references.
- Review lace, ventilation, knots, length, fullness, texture and shade with matching-bundle requirements.
- Inspect sample edges, lace integrity and front appearance; compare with the bundle master and record revisions.
- Approve the dated frontal reference, component SKU and packing structure before bulk production.
Bulk QC and Repeat-Order Control
Inspect measured lace coverage, edge integrity, ventilation workmanship, knots, hairline distribution and parting. Compare length, shade, texture and fullness with the approved sample. Check labels and counts without applying an invented industry-wide inspection limit.
Retain the lace reference, ventilation pattern, finishing direction, shade master and bundle matching codes. Review changed lace, processing or hairline finishing before repeat production; a matching size label is not sufficient for approval.
Inspection quantities, tolerances and test conditions are agreed in the order specification. See how specification and sample approval guide QC.
Private Label and Packaging
Define protective bags or boxes, brand labels, barcodes and assembly/care inserts. Keep frontal counts distinct from bundle counts and confirm set allocation and artwork versions in the packing specification.
Review packaging development and sample and quantity planning. Product and packaging MOQ, pricing and estimated lead time are confirmed for the project.
Procurement Questions
Is a frontal a complete wig?
No. This page covers the separate component. A finished lace-front wig also includes the cap, remaining hair structure and fit requirements.
Does 13×6 mean the same usable parting on every sample?
Do not assume this. Measure the selected piece and review the actual ventilated and usable parting area against the intended brief.
Can frontal color match the bundles?
Send the combined reference and approve actual frontal and bundle samples together under agreed conditions.
Can I request particular knot or hairline finishing?
Provide the target for feasibility and sample review. Approve the finish and evidence before making any durability or invisible-knot claim.
For a coordinated sales set, use the bundles with matching frontal specification to approve the lace piece and bundles together. Keep lace coverage, hair quality, texture, color and packing allocation explicit in the set brief.
