360 Lace Versus Drawstring Construction
For this page, “360 lace” means a requested perimeter-lace design. A drawstring half-wig hybrid has a different crown, coverage and retention plan. Do not treat the names as interchangeable. Send front, side, nape and inside-cap photos before asking for a quotation.
| RFQ field | What to specify and approve |
|---|---|
| Cap structure | Perimeter lace map, crown material and seam layout; review actual feasibility. |
| Retention | Band, straps, combs, clips or drawstring if applicable; test the complete fit system. |
| Hair | Requested material claim, length method, texture, density or weight and physical shade. |
| Hairline | Front and rear contour, knot appearance, edge finish and nape handling. |
| Quality records | Dimensions, tension, workmanship and photos from multiple angles against a numbered sample. |
Sample approval should cover lace continuity, junctions, seam placement, cap movement and both hairlines. Retain an agreed golden sample and written tolerances. Use the sample evaluation form and RFQ template to send a complete brief.
Are all 360 lace wigs glueless?
No. Lace coverage and attachment are separate specifications.
Is a 360 drawstring wig the same product?
No. Compare the complete cap, lace placement and retention method before using either term.
Can a buyer request an OEM variation?
Submit a reference sample and complete construction brief for technical feasibility review before confirming commercial terms.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a 360 lace wig different from a full lace wig?
A 360 design provides lace around the perimeter; full lace provides more complete lace coverage. Confirm the top and crown construction when comparing the two.
Can 360 lace wigs be worn in ponytails?
A 360 program is developed with perimeter styling in mind. Check the hairline, fit, density and intended updo on the approved sample.
What density ranges are available?
Specify the target density and finished weight for the intended style. The final density program is confirmed during sample development.
Can you develop custom color versions?
Custom color development can be included. Approve the shade, texture and hair condition together before bulk production.

Specify the Perimeter and the Crown Separately
A 360 lace program begins with perimeter coverage, then defines how the top and crown are constructed. It is not automatically a full-lace or fully hand-ventilated cap. VAYORA reviews the complete construction with the required hairline, cap fit and styling reference before sampling.
| Buyer requirement | Confirm on the finished sample | Bulk / reorder control |
|---|---|---|
| Perimeter lace | Front, sides and nape coverage, lace material/tone and junctions. | Retain the coverage map and physical material reference. |
| Top and crown | Actual base and hair attachment/ventilation method. | Record crown construction separately from perimeter lace. |
| Hairline / intended updo | Perimeter hair direction, knots, density and fit during the intended style. | Approve sample styling; do not promise every ponytail/updo result from a name. |
| Cap fit and adjustment | Dimensions, seams, band/straps/combs if specified. | Check assembly and relevant components. |
| Hair assortment | Length, finished texture, physical shade, density distribution and weight. | Compare by SKU and current sample version. |
| Private label | Pack format, product codes, shade/size/length text and barcode. | Match the finished product and artwork version before packing. |
Keep Styling Approval Linked to Construction
Review the perimeter from agreed angles, including the nape and side junctions. Compare inside-cap workmanship, crown distribution and finished silhouette. Record accepted revisions and retained samples before bulk QC. For repeat orders, approve any change in lace, crown construction, hairline, texture or shade before substituting it.
Compare full-lace programs and lace-front finished wigs. Use the lace coverage guide, ventilation resource, private label development and QC framework when preparing the brief.
Commercial Program Questions
Does 360 lace mean the crown is lace?
No. Record the actual top/crown construction independently of the perimeter lace. Approve both on the sample.
Can a specific updo be requested?
Provide the intended style and reference. Feasibility, hairline coverage, fit and hair direction must be reviewed on the selected finished construction.
