Vayora Hair Extension B2B Guide

The Bond Is as Important as the Hair

Keratin extensions depend on consistent bond size, shape, anchoring and installation behavior.

Key Bond Checks

Bond size, strand weight, anchoring, melting/re-forming behavior, brittleness and tool compatibility.

I-Tip vs U-Tip

Different installation methods require different QC emphasis.

Measure a Representative Bond Sample

Record the bond width, length, thickness and approximate hair load per strand at multiple points across the sample. Inspect whether loose fibers protrude, whether the bond shape varies across the pack and whether hair can be pulled out under a documented handling check.

Test the Intended Installation Method

Evaluate the tip using the salon tool and procedure specified for the product. Observe heating or mechanical fastening, brittleness during handling, re-forming where applicable and residue at removal. The observations should be compared with a control sample, without assuming a fixed service life.

Write Acceptance Criteria Before Bulk Production

Record permitted bond dimensions, strand count, net hair amount, color and any agreed installation test in the final specification. Marketing terms describing keratin origin or grade are not a substitute for physical sample evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does “Italian keratin” prove bond quality?

No. The label alone does not verify composition or performance. Approve the actual bond with the intended tools and installation method.

Should I-Tip and U-Tip use the same tests?

No. Compare each tip design against its intended installation system and approved size, shape and strand loading.

What evidence belongs in the approval record?

Keep bond measurements, close-up photos, strand counts, sample results and a signed reference specification, subject to final project requirements.
